2007 is the Breakout Year.
Just a quick note to say that 2006 did not turn out to be that profitable. With graduation and job hunting (yes, not focusing on internet marketing), I did not live up, even remotely, to my lofty goals for this year. Fortunately, I am earning steady income from a niche blog, and may be in a position to sell a site soon, but this is by no means a full-time career. I have put myself in touch with a person similarly situated as me, and I hope to be hearing from him soon.
I am hopeful that 2007 will be a stronger year for me.
